I will be going for a medical procedure today and I will be on hospitalisation leave for about 3 weeks. For class or school matters, you can look for co-form teacher, Ms Yew. Health Booklets

Dear Parents,

1) Health booklets are returned to the pupils today.
You will also see a letter from Health Promotion Board. (vision test result etc).
Do staple it to the health booklet.

2) Some pupils will receive additional letters from HPB to go for further health checks or immunisation.
Do take the necessary action.
